Explore 500 years of history within the walls of this superb Napoleonic fortress set in 10 acres of landscaped grounds, with magnificent views over the Humber estuary. The first fort here was built in 1542, but is the fourth and final version from 1862 with it’s impressive coastal weaponry that you can visit today. Exhibits include the only surviving Blackburn Bentley aircraft and historical re-enactments take place throughout the year. Contact Fort Paull for details.
